100 meter sprint between each set
8 rounds for time:
30 second handstand hold & 10 air squats

Run 1 mile
Lunge 30 steps every 1 minute
For time:
100 burpees
10 rounds for time:
10 burpees & 100 meter sprint
For time:
100 jumping jacks, 75 air squats, 50 push ups, 25 burpees

Push-ups & jump squats

200 meter sprint & 25 push-ups
