LIFE Group Fitness Classes (50+)
Provide Coach led group fitness to preserve, improve and maintain your Longevity In Functional Efficiency (L.I.F.E.) We do focus on: -improving your range of motion (flexibility) -increasing your strength -increasing your cardio respiratory endurance -increasing your overall functionality to make life easier out of the gym (climbing steps, picking things up off the ground, getting up easier from a seated position etc) We don’t: -Do high intensity CrossFit workouts -Do high skilled movements -Do 1 rep maxes -Sprint At L.I.F.E we take the thinking out and everything is taken care of for you. You will be Coached. Your well-being will be invested in. You will get stronger, improve your flexibility and work out at your comfort level.
