Coming from another CrossFit box and looking to hit an awesome work out?

NOT MY FIRST RODEO

Who: Athletes with a minimum of 6 months of CrossFit experience who are relocating or looking to switch boxes.

What: Flexibility Assessment: For pain prevention
Movement Assessment: Every gym and coaching style are different. This is to ensure that our coaches understand your body, background, and potential limitations so they can keep you safe. The movement assessment is an opportunity for our coaches to see you move through various CrossFit movements.
